Sentinel 1 is a game changer in vessel access control. Our smart barrier securely blocks unauthorised boarding when the gangway is unmanned, while instant alerts inform the watch of visitors waiting to come aboard. Sentinel 1 combines automated protection with real-time visibility so you can feel confident leaving the gangway unattended.
Our security solution provides permanent, robust monitoring of your vessel’s gangway. The marine-grade system is specially designed for long-term use on ships. Seamless integration with existing cameras and radios enables continuous remote monitoring from anywhere on board. Customised alerts instantly notify you of any gangway activity.
The smart gate provides automated compliance with safety and security regulations, including emergency release functions. With no need for a constant watchman, you can redeploy your crew to more productive tasks. Whether standalone or integrated with a temporary mobile system, our gangway solution optimises security monitoring operations.
The built-in remote diagnostics and support package ensures our system remains compliant and operational for the long haul. For reliable, hassle-free gangway monitoring, our system keeps your vessel intrinsically safe.
For those who operate in particularly challenging or hazardous environments, we are pleased to offer an intrinsically safe version of our gangway monitoring system. This specialised variant is engineered to meet stringent safety standards, ensuring that it can safely operate in conditions where flammable gases, vapours, or dust may be present. By choosing our intrinsically safe option, you benefit from the same high level of security and functionality, while adhering to the strictest safety protocols.
Constructed, installed and maintained in accordance with MSC Circular 1331. Full compliance with Flag States and Class standards
Our automated gangway security liberates your crew from constant monitoring, allowing more time for critical tasks.
The system's remote capabilities and lack of dedicated watchmen provide major cost savings through optimised manning.
